Plan the scope.
Understand the cost.
Choose the rooms first. Then decide what each unit needs to do.
One room or a whole-home plan
A modular kitchen can be the starting point. Add wardrobes, a TV unit, dining storage or work-area cabinets as separate items, or coordinate the finishes across rooms. Prioritise essential storage before adding decorative features.
Compare the same specifications
Ask which board, shutter finish, hardware and accessories are included. A lower total may cover fewer units or a different specification. Check dimensions, quantities, applicable taxes, delivery and installation scope together.
Agree changes before production
A different finish, appliance size or cabinet layout can affect the price and timing. Record the approved revision so the design, quotation and production instructions describe the same work.
Cabinetry and interior scope are confirmed in your quotation. Civil work, electrical work, plumbing, appliances, countertops and other trades are included only when expressly listed.
